The Gulf Stream Kingsport Supreme 299RLI puts the living space at the rear, so you step inside to an open, social area anchored by a jackknife sofa and your choice of booth or U-shaped dinette. The Supreme package adds meaningful upgrades right out of the box: an electric awning with LED exterior lights, an electric hitch jack, radiant LED interior lighting, and stainless steel appliances. Heating gets serious attention with a gas furnace routed through in-floor heat ducts alongside a 13,500 BTU ducted roof air conditioner, and the bathroom skylight and power bath vent keep that space comfortable without feeling cramped. Owners consistently call the floorplan very livable with good storage throughout, though Gulf Stream's value-oriented pricing comes with the trade-off of inconsistent fit and finish, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is worth your time.
