The rear kitchen layout is what sets the 240RK apart. It flips the usual arrangement so the living space anchors the middle of the trailer, with the electric slide-out pushing the jack-knife sofa and dinette into genuinely usable territory. Gulf Stream bundles a solid list of features into the required Lite Value Package: tankless water heater, electric awning with LED lighting, 10.7 cu. ft. Everchill refrigerator, power hitch jack, and a 13,500 BTU air conditioner. The Queen bed sits up front with privacy drapes, a skylight over the tub adds a nice touch to the bath, and the unibody construction with steel hurricane straps is the brand's structural calling card. Optional upgrades like theater seating, fiberglass exterior walls, or a 3-burner range with oven let you tailor the build a bit further.
