Heated porcelain tile throughout the living area sets the tone for what the 44S is about. Fleetwood didn't cut corners here. The Aqua Hot 400D hydronic system handles both interior heat and unlimited hot water without touching propane, while MultiPlex smart controls let you manage house systems from your phone. Under the hood, a Cummins L9 pushing 450 horsepower and 1,250 lb-ft of torque rides on a Freightliner XCM chassis with ZF independent front suspension and an Ultra Steer tag axle. The kind of drivetrain that makes a 44-foot coach feel planted on mountain grades and tight campground turns alike. The bath-and-a-half rear layout keeps the King bed area genuinely private, and options like the Hide-A-Loft electric drop-down bed, exterior freezer, and Starlink system let you dial in exactly how you want to travel.
