The foundation here is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, and owners consistently rate the driving experience a perfect 5/5. It handles more like a large van than an RV. At 20 feet with a full bath and sleeping for two, the 19L punches above its weight for weekend trips or extended travel. Thor's 24/7 customer service gets real credit for following through on warranty issues, which is worth knowing given that some owners have encountered electrical quirks and cabinet quality that don't quite match the Sprinter's reputation. Budget for a mattress upgrade early and you'll be well ahead of the curve.
