Dual entry doors and a residential rear door with a storm door give the Parkvue P38-DBDL a real house feel, and the loft plus a round dinette make the most of its 37-foot footprint. The kitchen leans fully residential with a 30" gas range, an over-the-range microwave, a 17.5 cu. ft. frost-free refrigerator, and a stainless sink under a high-rise pulldown faucet. A Eurotop residential Queen bed set anchors the bedroom, while a Comfortflex lift bed with storage and a hide-a-bed sofa push sleeping capacity to seven. Solid insulation numbers and a 25-year shingled roof round out a unit built to sit put for the long haul.
