Built around long-stay comfort, this Quailridge Premier destination trailer comes with R22 insulation in both the floor and roof, thermopane windows, and a perimeter ice and storm shield. The kind of cold-weather construction that makes an April-through-October season genuinely comfortable. Inside, you get a residential black appliance package (30" gas range, 17.5 cu ft. refrigerator, and microwave), an electric fireplace, and a 60x80 Serta Queen bed with bedspread, plus a 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with perimeter registers for even heat throughout. The optional island with contoured barstools, ceramic kitchen backsplash, and stackable washer/dryer make it easy to trick this out as a true home base. Owners consistently praise the livable layout, though it's worth inspecting insulation installation, ventilation, and electrical setup closely before accepting delivery.
