The tall SuperLoft with extended dormers is what sets the 39ASL apart from typical destination trailers. It's genuinely livable headroom up top, carpeted and climate-controlled with its own 5,000 BTU A/C. Down below, the layout leans residential: a 30" gas range, 17.5 cu ft refrigerator, stainless sink, electric fireplace, and a 60x80 Serta Queen bed that doesn't feel like a concession. The 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with perimeter registers handles cold seasons seriously, and R22 insulation in the floor and roof backs that up. Worth noting: owner feedback on the Quailridge line highlights build quality inconsistencies, so a thorough pre-delivery inspection is strongly recommended before accepting the unit.
