The 39BHL-P is built with a longer stay in mind. R22 insulation throughout, a 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with perimeter registers, and thermopane windows make it genuinely comfortable across seasons. The kitchen comes stocked with residential black appliances including a 30" gas range, 17.5 cu ft. refrigerator, and microwave, with optional stainless steel upgrades and a dishwasher if you want to lean further into the home-away-from-home feel. A Serta Queen bed, electric fireplace, and living room ceiling fan round out the main living space, while the tall loft with extended dormers adds a separate retreat for the extra sleepers. The exterior is built to last, 30-year asphalt shingles, perimeter ice and storm shield, and a corrosion-resistant enclosed underbelly speak to a unit designed for a site, not just a season.
