The kitchen is well-equipped with both a three-burner cooktop and a convection oven, a high-rise rubbed bronze faucet, and full-extension ball bearing drawers throughout. A skylight over the shower and in-floor ducted heat add small but meaningful quality-of-life touches. Augusta backs the construction with a 2-year build warranty and a 12-year roof warranty, which is a stronger coverage commitment than many competitors in this segment.
