Having two full baths and a dedicated rear bunkhouse in the same floor plan is a rare combination at any price point. The Manhattan pulls it off while still giving the front bedroom a King bed, fireplace, and east/west orientation. The kitchen doesn't cut corners either, with a farmhouse sink, gas cooktop, and an island that actually earns its footprint. DRV builds this thing like a house: 3-inch floors, R29 insulation, Kodiak disc brakes, and a seamless rubber roof are standard, not upgrades. Owners who full-time in DRV Mobile Suites consistently point to the near-residential feel and the fact that the rigs hold up. One longtime full-timer said they "loved all of it" with almost no problems over years of daily use.
