Fifth wheel trailers that share features with the Cherokee Arctic Wolf 278BHS, like front bedroom, bunk beds and bathroom access with slides in.
The Arctic Wolf 278BHS earns its reputation on the strength of its floorplan: a dedicated front bedroom with a north/south Queen bed and full walk-around clearance, a spacious U-shaped dinette anchoring the main living area, and a rear bunkhouse that gives kids their own space well away from the adults. The outdoor kitchen means you're not banished inside to cook on a nice day, and the high-capacity electric fireplace makes cool-weather evenings genuinely comfortable. Forest River's Elemental Protection Package adds real substance here, with an armored underbelly, forced-air heated tank enclosure, 12V heat pads on all holding tanks, and reflective safety glass windows, so the 278BHS isn't just a warm-weather rig. The workstation farmhouse sink, solid surface countertops with underlighting, on-demand tankless water heater, and 100W solar setup round out a feature list that punches well above its price point, though prospective buyers would be wise to do a thorough walk-through inspection before signing, as fit-and-finish consistency is the one area where this line draws the most owner scrutiny.
