The Heartland ElkRidge ER 37 RED puts the living space at the rear and the King bed up front, a combination that keeps bedroom noise well away from the entertainment area and gives the whole floor plan a surprisingly residential feel. That rear living zone comes stocked with a fireplace, a bar with seating, and an outdoor kitchen, so there's room to spread out whether you're inside or out. The farmhouse sink and washer/dryer prep push the kitchen and utility spaces closer to what you'd expect at home, and bathroom access remains usable even with the slides in, which owners of similar ElkRidge 37 layouts consistently call out as a practical win. Floor plan scores on RV Insider run notably higher than overall quality ratings, meaning the layout itself earns high marks from people living in it day to day.
