The Cardinal 36FUN is a bunkhouse fifth wheel that packs a surprising amount of livability into its layout, with a King bed in the main bedroom, two full bathrooms, and dedicated bunk space. Forest River loads the 36FUN with genuinely useful standard features, including a 60,000 BTU tankless water heater, a 16 cu ft 12V refrigerator, an electric fireplace with remote, and 4-point auto-leveling right out of the box. The heated and enclosed underbelly, 35,000 BTU furnace, and 12V tank heaters give it real cold-weather capability, while solar prep (upgradeable to a full 200W panel) keeps off-grid options open. Cardinal's interiors tend to draw praise for their livability and storage, though prospective buyers should know that Forest River's after-sale support is a common sticking point in owner reviews.
