The rear bath with its own private entrance is a standout feature here. It keeps traffic out of the main living space and makes the whole floor plan feel more intentional. Owners of the 37-series consistently call out the roomy interior and practical kitchen as highlights, with a "house-like" quality that holds up whether you're on a weekend trip or living in it full-time. Heartland's ElkRidge line has a well-earned reputation for nailing layouts, and the BAR configuration is a good example of that. The space just works in a way that's hard to appreciate until you're actually moving around inside it.
