Fifth wheel trailers that share features with the Landmark LM Newport, like bath and a half, kitchen island and front bath.
The Heartland Landmark LM Newport flips the usual fifth wheel script by placing the living area at the rear and the full bath up front, which gives the kitchen island a natural centerpiece role in the middle of the coach. The bath-and-a-half setup is a genuine convenience for anyone living in this rig long-term, keeping the morning routine from becoming a bottleneck. Heartland built the Landmark line with full-timers in mind, and the Newport's layout reflects that, prioritizing flow and livability over cramming in extra sleeping spaces. Prospective buyers tend to do their homework on the Landmark line, and going in with a thorough PDI checklist is a smart move given what owners report about fit-and-finish variability.
