Forest River Quailridge Summit 355FL-Loft

The tall loft with extended dormers is what sets this floor plan apart. It's a real living or sleeping space, not a cramped crawl. Down below, the front living room layout pairs an electric fireplace with a ceiling fan and residential black kitchen appliances, including a 30" gas range, microwave, and 17.5 cu ft. refrigerator. The 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with perimeter registers keeps heat distributed throughout rather than just blasting one corner, and a separate 5,000 BTU loft A/C means the upper space gets its own climate control. Construction specs like R22 floor and roof insulation, thermopane windows, and 30-year asphalt shingles reflect a destination-focused build meant to handle real seasons, not just mild weekends.
