The tall loft with extended dormers is one of the more distinctive features here, giving the 39FLML-S a cabin-like feel that sets it apart from typical park models. Down below, the kitchen is stocked with residential black appliances, a 17.5 cu ft refrigerator, 30" gas range, and microwave, and anchored by a stainless steel sink. An electric fireplace adds ambiance to the living area, while the 40,000 BTU ducted furnace with perimeter registers handles serious cold-weather stays. The construction package is notably solid for the segment, with R22 floor and roof insulation, thermopane windows, perimeter ice and storm shield, and 30-year asphalt shingles. Details that matter if this unit is staying put year-round.
