The front-living layout puts the electric fireplace and living area at the social center of the unit, with a ceiling fan overhead and enough room to actually settle in for an extended stay. The kitchen comes stocked with residential-grade black appliances, a 17.5 cu ft refrigerator, 30" gas range, and microwave. Alongside a stainless steel sink and cushion-backed vinyl flooring throughout. Upstairs, the tall loft with extended dormers adds real usable space, carpeted and served by its own 5,000 BTU A/C. The Summit-series construction is a step up from typical park trailers: R22 insulation in both floor and roof, thermopane windows, perimeter ice/storm shield, and 30-year asphalt shingles give it a more residential backbone than most.
Other destination trailers floor plans (around 36 ft), similar in size and price to the Quailridge Summit 39FLP-S.
