The Bay Point BP-39 P leans hard into the "home away from home" idea, starting with a full front wall bay window that pulls the outdoors into the living space and a real balcony with wrought iron rails where you can set up chairs and morning coffee. Inside you'll find solid surface countertops, a solid oak table, onyx appliances, and soft gray cabinetry, along with a residential one-piece fiberglass shower and a residential toilet rather than the usual RV setup. Recreation by Design builds its own tube-steel-reinforced chassis in house, and the loft-height ceilings give you genuine head clearance as you move through the cabin. As with any destination trailer, it's worth inspecting sealing and plumbing closely, but the layout delivers a lot of livable comfort at 39 feet.
